This replacement package comes complete with a new surgical grade acoustic tube, plastic elbow and surgical grade mushroom tip.

Please Note: This product requires either the CRS-1WLATM or CRS-2WLATM to be used with a radio. It does not included the threaded barb and therefore cannot be used with the CRS-1WLAT or CRS-2WLAT.
